Ed came up with the idea of a television anthology series entitiled "Portraits of Terror" and created "Final Curtain" as a pilot for that series. When the project failed, Ed re-used some of the footage from "Curtain" in his film Revenge of the Dead (a.k.a. Night of the Ghouls).
Considered lost for many years, "Curtain" re-surfaced in 2011 and was screened at the 2012 Slamdance Film Festival.'Wood'-ness
This one is just chock-full of Ed-ness. The over-the-top narration by Dudley Manlove, the camera work and the plot all have the definitive feeling of Ed about them. A must-have for Ed fans.Best Line
